Waiting on God can feel like standing in the dark, wondering if He hears, if He sees, if Heāll come through. But Scripture reminds usāGod is never late.Ā His timing is not always ours, but it is always perfect.
āThe Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with youā¦āĀ (2 Peter 3:9)Ā āAt the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.āĀ (Galatians 6:9)
From Abraham and Sarah to Mary and Martha, God's people have wrestled with delayābut theyāve also seen His faithfulness. He may not answer on ourĀ schedule, but He always shows up right when it's needed most, in a way that reveals His glory.
Godās delays are not His denials. They are preparation, protection, or positioning for something greater. While weāre anxious about the clock, Heās aligning hearts, circumstances, and outcomes with eternal purpose.
So trust Him. Even if the midnight hour has come and goneāHeās never early, never late. Always right on time.
š Prayer: A Prayer for Trusting Godās Timing
Lord,Ā You know I get anxious when answers donāt come quickly. But You are never late. Help me trust Your timingāeven when I donāt understand it.
Teach me to wait with faith, not fear. Remind me that You are working in the waiting. And when You show up, itās always exactly when I need You.
Thank You for being faithful in every seasonāright on time, every time.
In Jesusā name,
Ā Amen.
